Do you want healthy skin? Have your been looking all over the internet to find out? Well here it is. We are going to show you the basics you need to know to have beautiful, healthy skin. 

Before you look for products for you skin, you must feed your body the right foods in order to get the best skin. Some foods that you want to consume are: 

  • Avocados
  • Bell Peppers
  • Broccoli 
  • Cucumbers
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Eggs

These are just some options of foods that are good for your skin, but the types of foods that you want to be consuming are foods that are high in Vitamin A,B,C, and E and foods that contain Zinc.

Some foods that you want to avoid are: 

  • Soda
  • Alcohol
  • Candy
  • Fried Foods
  • White Bread
  • Salty Snacks
  • Processed food

Most of the foods listed have one thing in common: they're all junk food! Stay away from junk food as much as possible if you want to have the healthiest skin possible. 

Maintain this diet and you will start to notice your skin clear up of acne and blemishes.
